Return & Exchange policy
The Glam Pouch wants to ensure your satisfaction with your fashion jewellery. All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange
As all the products are handcrafted, any small variation in uniformity, color, and finish is not a defect. It only adds to the beauty and authenticity of the craft. We do not accept returns/exchanges in such cases.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
Exchange for Damaged Product
As all the products are handcrafted, any small variation in uniformity, color, and finish is not a defect. It only adds to the beauty and authenticity of the craft. We do not accept returns/exchanges in such cases.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. The product has to be exchanged with the other product from The Glam Pouch
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
- Condition : You must take a clear uncut unboxing video while opening the package and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at support@glampouch.in or WhatsApp at 8851798896 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Cost: After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
- Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.
Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests.
Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.
Deductions In case of non-acceptance of orders
- Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned.
Return for Non Damaged Product
We do not accept returns/exchanges in such cases.
Important Note:
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the delivered goods are undamaged and meet the specifications of your order, or if we determine that the exchange request is not valid and is based on false claims.
Please note the following terms regarding cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the order is dispatched or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, no cancellations can be made.
- Special festival occasion offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
- If you cancel the order after payment is made, a 2% payment processing charge will be deducted. If the goods have already been shipped, both side shipping charges will also be deducted. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items sold during a sale
